About Us

Heart2Harmony Inc is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit based in North Carolina, USA. Founded in 2025 with the goal to create more open,vibrant, cohesive communities through celebration of cultural diversity.

We believe every culture holds beautiful stories worth sharing, so we create festivals, performances, and workshops where people of all ages come together to celebrate traditions, learn from each other, and build understanding. When we connect through stories, we strengthen our community.

Through multicultural festivals, storytelling, workshops, skits, music, and dance, we bring people of all ages together to celebrate diversity, share traditions, and create understanding. Our events will be aimed to be more than only entertainment - they will be experiences that connect hearts, bridge generations, and build understanding & empathy.

Every community event or a workshop or connect cafe is a chance for someone to feel seen, for a tradition to be kept alive, and for a community to grow stronger. That’s why we do what we do.

The Inception Story

Our founder has long been captivated by the beauty and power of culture—the traditions, music, dance, and stories passed down through generations. Yet many of these stories were fading, with fewer spaces for elders and enthusiasts to share and for youth to connect with their roots. At the same time, misunderstandings between communities were rising.

From one guiding question—“What can I do to help?”—three answers emerged: Celebrating Diversity, Open Dialogue, and Education & Awareness. Heart2Harmony was born from the resolve to “be the change,” using the performing arts to connect people and ensure those stories are shared, celebrated, and remembered.

Meet Our Team

Founder & CEO – Priya

Hello, I’m Priya. I’m a PMP® certified Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience, and I’ve been fortunate to lead projects that have made a real difference in the organizations I’ve served.

Growing up surrounded by diverse traditions, I saw how music, dance, and storytelling could bring people together, inspire empathy, and build lasting connections. I founded Heart2Harmony because I believe every culture holds beautiful stories worth sharing.

Heart2Harmony is my way of creating spaces where those connections can happen - where enthusiasts share their heritage, explore their identities, communities learn from one another and cultural diversity becomes a source of joy for everyone through understanding, respect and celebration.

In addition, my passion has led me to two other volunteering positions that I grateful for:

• Advisory Board member of the Environmental Sustainability Committee for the Town of Huntersville, where I’m committed to helping create a greener, happier future. I believe deeply in the power each individual has to create a happier, healthier environment with intentional actions.
• Director of Programs for PMI Carolina - Charlotte Chapter, contributing to the project management community that has shaped my career.

I live in Huntersville, NC with my beautiful family - my loving husband and our two wonderful daughters.

CTO – Anand

Hello, I’m Anand Gnanamoorthy. Blending 20 years of manufacturing industry experience with a passion for technology, I help Fortune 500 industrial organizations leverage emerging tech as AI technologies and digital transformation to drive smarter strategies and outcomes. As part of the Corporate Strategy and Business Development team at Ingersoll Rand, I focus on identifying strategic opportunities and leading growth initiatives that support the organization’s long-term goals.

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on AI, driven by my interest in leveraging advanced technologies to solve complex industry challenges. My career started as an R&D Engineer at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in India, where I built a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing. I later spent over 12 years at Frost & Sullivan, moving from Research Analyst to Global Leader of Research. During that time, I led strategic consulting projects, supported Fortune 500 companies, and helped develop growth strategies in the industrial sector. My background includes experience in industrial markets, manufacturing, business strategy, digital transformation, and AI.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India, where I graduated as a university gold medalist, and an MBA from BIM Trichy, India. I am currently completing my Doctorate of Business Administration in AI at Marymount University in Arlington, VA. I live in Huntersville, NC, with my wife and two daughters.
